What happens to your data
Deleted permanently
- Your login and profile (email, password)
- Saved products, pipeline stages, notes, and product history
- Short links and their click analytics
- Pinterest connections and pin generation history
- Playbook entries, deep-link settings, and preferences
- Feedback tied to your account
Retained (and why)
- Billing and transaction records, kept only as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, then deleted on our retention schedule.
- Any active subscription is cancelled automatically as part of deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is removed it cannot be recovered, and you would need to create a new account to use Llama Logic again.
Can’t sign in? Email support@llamalogic.app from your account email with the subject “Delete my account” and we’ll remove it within 30 days.
